Liquid X is offering a package solution with its newly developed inkjet printable dielectric ink. LXPM-DT-1020 is a water based, thermally curable dielectric designed specifically as an insulator and protective coating to be applied over Liquid X’s patented particle-free conductive ink.
This product provides good flexibility, transparency, and scratch-resistance when applied on polymer films. The dielectric is also receptive to Liquid X’s particle-free conductive inks for trace designs requiring crossover layers.
